Single Pick Cutting Rock Load Identification Based on Improved Regularization Method

چکیده
To explore the relationship between cutting vibration and load of a single pick, this paper studied new method for pick rock identification. This improved low accuracy problem regularization in inverse process frequency response function traditional identification by introducing filter operator. By combining pseudoexcitation method, dependent on signal was realized. A test equipment built, which could simulate actual working conditions underground or tunnel. changing speed, angle, spacing, depth change trends real were obtained. The proposed consistent with trend under state. Therefore, had good recognition maximum error 17.35%. Compared other methods, reduced 1.98%. can identify modify morbidity matrix. has better effect than methods. research benefit design system arrangement coal mine tunneling machinery.
